Our philosophy is “Committed to Sustainable Excellence”. In our quest for excellence, we do not compromise on sustainability. We thus place a great deal of emphasis on the responsible balance between long and short-term business, safety, and environmental and social concerns.

The tanks we provide are a vital part of sustainable value-added chains, and enable economic development. The top players in the chemical and food grade industries use our tank containers for their innovative and sustainable goods. The professional expertise that we have amassed over the past 30 years means that we are a safe, environmentally-responsible and ethical company.

Code of conduct

We only work with partners who act professionally in their line of business, and are known to abide by laws and regulations. We have our own strict rules to ensure that we act ethically and are legally compliant in all countries where we have tank containers. We also have a framework for ethical decision-making. Business principles like these form a crucial part of our code of conduct.

Environment and quality

Following the “cradle-to-cradle” principle, we evaluate and invest in tank containers that are designed and manufactured to be as low waste and efficient as possible. We have lifetime procedures in place for our tank containers, culminating in a carefully constructed scrapping program. We go the extra mile to ensure excellent safety performance, superior operational security, and minimal risks of on-hire issues. All of this is proven through our ISO9001 certification for our Quality Management System and SGS inspections and certifications that we proudly carry since 1993. All Trifleet tanks comply with applicable regulations and undergo mandatory inspections as prescribed by IMDG and ISO and certified by Lloyd’s and Veritas.

We are innovative: We are always looking for ways to improve, and provide creative ideas, high-tech services and innovative equipment and material. We offer state-of-the-art specialized tank containers and custom solutions. Furthermore, we were the first leasing company to offer cool tanks.

Whistleblower Policy

Trifleet Leasing is committed to the highest standards of openness, integrity and accountability.

Our Whistleblower Policy enables Trifleet’s employees, vendors and service providers to raise any concerns they may have about Company-related wrongdoings or irregularities, internally and at a high level. These concerns include:

– Financial or non-financial malpractice or impropriety or fraud

– Harassment and abuse and misrepresentation of power and authority
– Discrimination on the basis of gender, race, age, religion or disabilities
– Criminal activity
– Improper conduct or unethical behavior including a conflict of interest without disclosure
– Attempts to conceal any of these

The Policy is designed for the eventuality that individuals have a reasonable suspicion about wrongdoings or irregularities within the Company, the result of which affects – or could affect – public interest. These suspicions must be based on reasonable grounds, arising from knowledge acquired by the individual(s) through work activities. The Policy does not cover: disputes with the Company; disagreements about decisions taken that do not conflict with the public interest; or malpractices in which the Company is not involved. Furthermore, hearsay or gossip are not considered as sufficient basis for disclosures under this Policy.
