Damage protection plan
We strive for excellence, but accidents can happen. You can cover impact damages when the tank containers are in your custody with our “Damage Protection Plan” (DPP). Regulations
To ensure that your products have a smooth transport, we ensure that our tank containers comply with the applicable regulations. They also undergo mandatory inspections as required by IMDG and ISO and as certified by Lloyd’s and Veritas. This is another reason why Trifleet is our clients’ number-one choice!

In the rare case that we are unable to deliver a tank container at the agreed time and location, or it is in a less-than-excellent condition, you will receive a compensation of 30 free rental days per tank container. That is the Trifleet Excellence Guarantee!

Telematics
Trifleet works with the best-in-class telematics supplier to fulfil your hardware requirements and be your point of contact for hardware questions. Our preferred supplier offers full-fledged and customized solutions to our industry with fully certified hardware (CE, ATEX IIC, ISO9001, ISO27001 and ISO27017).
What your hardware needs may be, it all starts with a Communication & Location Terminal (CLT) to track your assets. Our supplier is the only provider with worldwide coverage, without any exception.
With Trifleet, you can choose to manage your own supplier or let us do it for you. The data ownership will always be transferred to you. A user-friendly data portal provides real-time insights into the location and conditions of specific tank containers you want to monitor.
Leasing tank containers at Trifleet
We make leasing a tank container easy, safe and accessible. First, select one of our standard or special tank containers with the help of our global experts. After the contract is finalized, you will receive an on-hire report. The tank container can be picked up and transported by road, rail, and sea across the world.
You return the cleaned tank container to an agreed depot at the end of the lease. You will receive an off-hire report and a verified estimate for repairs or additional cleaning. Every tank container is repaired, cleaned, and restored according to Trifleet criteria (ITCO ACC+) to ensure every next lease is excellent.
